Terms & Conditions

1. We undertake to meet our timed delivery commitments and nearly always do.  However, if we miss our timed delivery slot for you, We will be happy to refund the timed delivery charge.

If in any scenario we will not be able to deliver your flowers or cakes or any items, then it will get deliver in next day slot without intimation to customer. Some unfavorable conditions like heavy traffic or raining or any Act of God or Special Occasions like Valentines/Mothers Day/Christmas/New Year, May delay order deliveries. Please contact us to let us know if you encounter this issue.

2. In case of flowers, cakes, fruits & sweets (all being perishable items) if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery,
We shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.

3. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

4. Any Order place same day delivery before 5 pm if Order place after 6 PM, please connect with our customer care executive for same day delivery. For small city, you have to place order at least one day before.

5. The prices quoted at our website is for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In case of Perishable Items may attract extra delivery charge between Rs 100 to Rs 300. We will send a link for you to pay this extra delivery charge,
If required. However, we shall not hold or delay your order and assure delivery on required date.

6. Flower arrangements shown on our website are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

7. If you placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered. If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable,  we will take the decision on your behalf and that will be final.

8. If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to Online city flowers within 24 hours of such delivery at 91-8308660442  and e-mail the photographs of the same at support@onlinecityflowers.com. Online city flowers will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by online city flowers,  It takes 7-8 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account.
